I have been painting old and tired furniture for several months now and love the end results !
I recently tried duck egg blue on a bookcase which a friend gave to me. The transformation was just amazing !
I've now painted all of my lounge furniture in the same colour and I'm just delighted with my new room! Xx

I have no painting experience so I heard about this paint and watched some clips on u tube of how to use it!!!!.. Can't be that simple I thought. I am disabled and have limited use in my right arm but I waited for a good day and started off. I didn't prep the old wooden bureau. I just painted it on and it had dried before I finished. It does look dull just like chalk. The second you start applying the clear wax, which just glides on with minimal effort (good for weak arm).. Like liquid gold. Then added the dark wax in areas required. I didn't think it could be that simple but these products are magic. The duck egg colour is beautiful (true duck egg), can be made as light as you like by adding old white paint etc... I've had numerous compliments on the painted bureau. I really am impressed and would recommend this paint to anyone.

  8. Has to be the prettiest duck egg blue on the market.

Absolutely LOVE Annie Sloan paints, all of the colours are stunning, and this one is no exception. I used it on some bedroom furniture and it looks so professional. I'm usually rubbish at painting, but with these paints you can't go wrong.

I am hooked on this paint! Preparation is not my strong point but all you have to do is open the tin and you are away, brilliant.
No more orange pine in my house.

We are never knowingly undersold on any of our Annie Sloan products*.
